The appointment usually takes about an hour, during which time you can view and try on the Couture collection or discuss your plans and ideas for a bespoke commission.

If for any reason it is inconvenient for you to come to the studio, Sarah also offers a remote, postal service for Couture commissions . Please contact us for more information.

Payment is usually in three instalments:
1. A 40% non-refundable deposit to secure the commission
2. The second payment of 40% when all the toile fittings are complete, prior to making up the garment in actual fabrics
3. The final payment of 20% on completion
